Google Chrome not working

I play both Candy Crush and Farm Hero's on my laptop through facebook.  I run windows 7 (opted not to upgrade to 8 or 10).  Google Chrome has always been my browser of choice and as of today I can no longer play either game.  I checked and Chrome is up to date.  I have completed the most recent episode released ending in 2359 by switching to Internet Explorer. What the heck is going on.  I'm not tech savy so I need easy instructions on how to fix this problem.  From what I've seen you have a lot of disgruntled players due to these same issues.  Would you please get this problem fixed.  I would appreciate a personal response if possible.  Please and thank you in advance !!!

Go through the steps given here Debbie, it's pretty straight forward to go through them: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/cant-get-your-games-to-load-on-facebook-check-this-out

Can someone please just answer one question for me.....As I previously mentioned I only use Google Chrome as my browser.  Always have.  Now, I have read so much here that is sounded to me the people that should of been having issues were those using IE and they were advised to switch to another browser eg; chrome, FF, opera etc.... Now why if I have not been using another browser am I now having an issue?????  Is it true that Chrome does not support Adobe Flash?  I do not think I have Flash loaded, and why would I if it's not supported by Chrome.  I'm totally frustrated and as I have said I'm not tech savey and really do not understand.   So if anyone would like to take the time to explain it so that I understand, it  would much appreciated.  Thank you and That's all

I had the same problem.  Turns out my Adobe Flashplayer was not enabled.  Go here and follow the instructions.  https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-chrome.html  It worked for me!

Thank you Catyroses for your response and link.  Sometime late last night, miraculously CC and Farm Hero's loaded and I hadn't changed or enabled anything.  I have no idea what Activision had done but it appears they did a turn-about.  I will keep your link in mind in case I have any further issues.  I don't think the problem was ours, but theirs !!!!

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
