Ok. Is it coming up with a strange screen as though something is waiting to open and hasn't? Can you play it on a mobile or tablet? And it has registered that you have completed level 1480?
Am I correct in thinking that 1481 is the first level of the next episode? is the roadblock open? Have you got two stars in the previous rancid level or need to ask friends for help?

the roadblock is open because i got help from friends and it does not have a strange screen. and i cannot play it from a mobile. thanks for your help.

Ooh just a thought. Can you play on the King.com website? Is it still the same there? Just in case Facebook is causing issues.

Aha! Its a flash error. So Two things. Make sure your flash is updated. And secondly, sometimes it does this despite having the latest version. Sometimes under where it says about you need flash 11 etc, there is a link that you can click to run it. I suspect somewhere it is being turned off as a lot of places have stopped using it. I do have a link to try but this is for flash not the game. Hopefully when you have completed the steps, it will work again. Please let us know, especially if it does work!

ok i got it to start on king.com but it start at level 1

Ok so it should ask you to log in. If you haven't had a King.com account before, it will start on level one, but in your profile settings, you can link your facebook account and all will be restored. Did the flash link info help? It might help now with the facebook version.
Are you using Windows 10 as you can install Facebook gameroom which once logged into FB only shows the games.
