Your device should be compatible, we can confirm that, but we're not sure why the game is not playing. Reinstalling the game and clearing the cache should have done the trick, so we wanted to ask if you could try again and restart the device before installing the game.
Could you also try clearing the cache from your Google Play store?

Hi @adam64 I think the best thing to do is get you to email player support here and ask them to pass the information on. Tell them you have been asking for help in the community but you have tried all the help and support we can give you and ask if they can feed it back to the studio in case of updates or in case the system information needs updating now.
Don't let them send you back here without a reply. Sometimes they send you automatically, if you get an email telling you to visit the community, reply back to that email again with the same as you emailed the first time (so keep a copy) and you will get a human. Tell them you have been in touch with the farm moderators and the community manager @QueenB as name dropping often helps and they will know what help you have been given.
