Ok, have you tried clearing your game cache? Along with the play store and system cache and see if that helps.
No, I've been having this problem for many months, and it only happens when the event is active

It could be something simple like the event has ended now but your game hasn't updated to show its been removed. Could you check the app store please to make sure you have the newest update 🤗
