New years resolutions?

Happy January Farmers, almost a whole week of it has gone by already 😬

Are you the sort of person that makes new year resolutions? Do you have any plans of changes you want to make? Or are you like me and don't see the point as nobody sticks to them anyway lol. The only change I plan on making is that I have been forced into going to see the Physio so hopefully that will help. I am even thinking of taking them up on their exercise prescription purely to help my legs work better. So maybe one is to go to the gym haha!

Tell me if you have made any or if you haven't, why you don't.

I think if I can remember to start writing 2023 on dates that would be a big enough achievement!

For me, there are no resolutions for the year.

It would be compulsion to stick to it and it should not be so.

I am a lazy person and if I want to do something, I do it when and how I want it. It can also be spontaneous.

It would be like a promise I wouldn't keep. I can't do that.

I only make promises where I know I'll stick to it.

It is superfluous and you should take your time informally.

I hope the translation and content is understood.

I divide everything myself. 😉

@Lady_Choo, I am one of those who makes New Year resolutions. However, I have set a goal for myself to lose some weight -- no strict diet to follow, just the goal to lose weight.

@Lady_Choo , I make the same new years resolution every year. It is to read at least one book a week. I have thousands of books in my house. Books are my addiction. If I read a book a week then that's 52 books I can give away. I usually more then double my goal.

I have no good resolutions for the new year. I take each new day as it comes. and I decide from time to time what to do or how to proceed. Life preserves new experiences or challenges every day. I just hope I can get through them all.

My New Years resolution for this year is to just continue staying healthy and also to start working out more. I’ve recently been getting more into working out, and I’ve been enjoying it! So hopefully in 2023 I can spend more time doing more physical exercise. 🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♂️
