Hello. The Facebook platform does not save settings. Every time you enter the game, you need to turn off the music and sounds and watch the guide on the actions in the game. And there are no bonus levels.
I've been playing for years, I like the game, but it's a shame that it doesn't work so well. Is there a possibility to fix it?

Good afternoon. I also play on my phone (Android) and everything is fine there. But I have poor eyesight and therefore it is much more convenient on a large monitor.

Hello! Can I ask which browser you use? Have you got it set to clear cookies each time it closes?

Do you have windows 10? The reason I ask is that if you do, there is an app in the microsoft store which is much better than playing on the browser. You log in just the same as you do on your mobile and its much faster.

I use Google Chrome but have also tried Firefox. Equally. Cookies are cleared. What Microsoft program are you talking about?
BlueStack X?
If yes, then it is synchronized with my husband's phone (((

Cookies being cleared could be what is causing the settings to be reset each time.

Bluestacks is an android emulator meaning you can play android games on your pc. If you have windows 10, you can download Farm Heroes from the microsoft store and it is saved on your computer. You would play it on that, just like you would on your phone 🤗 If you do not have windows 10 though it would not work.
