This is the screenshot I was asking for... Just wondering... do you see similar pop-up which shows the Cropsie count?
I have been playing every single day. I have collected well over 2000 Purple Onion Cropsies to remain in first place for the semi finals in the last 2 days. I didn’t realize until late yesterday that NONE of my progress was being saved. It counted them up until 2250 and has remained at that number since. I was in first place with a nice lead, I lost the lead yesterday morning so I worked hard to gain a ton to be well above anyone else. I collected over 800 in one, over 250 in another and that’s just for a couple of them I did yesterday. They’ve all been new levels so I’m not trying to collect from old levels. I just collected another 200-300 a minute ago to see if it was fixed and lo and behold it’s not. Yet other people’s progress is still increasing. There is still 3 days left in the tournament for the semi finals, so I sent a message to support asking for help and still haven’t heard anything back. So I went to look at the prizes for the final round of the tournament and am even more upset because now I feel like my progress is being halted on purpose so I can’t qualify for the next round. All but one person has a username of kingxxxx. I don’t know. I have played this game since launch. I have one account on level 2786, and it’s hard to progress with that account. So I started over just to make it enjoyable again. I’ve spent plenty of money on this game, because it’s designed that way. But to be completely cheated out of the event is making me question whether I should just delete the game once and for all. Very disappointed in the King company right now.

I am sorry to know that your game is also having the issue with Cropsie count 🙁
It is being investigated by the game Studio right now and I am sure they will fix it soon👍
Do you remember seeing above image when you were about to lose a level (in my comment just above to yours).

Came back to address other things from your comment…
** Since this is a glitch in the game, Customer Support team can only take the details and report to the Game Studio but, cannot help the players by fixing the issue. This King Community is the right platform to report about any glitches, because our Farm In-charge has direct contact with the Game team🙂;
** The players with the name “kingxxxx” are the players who are playing through Kingdom account and did not choose a nickname. We don’t know who will be added to our group as our opponents, as it is all random. But, please be assured that all those players are legit farmers 👍;
** You said you spent money in the game! Did you lose any money to play in this tournament? If so, please contact the Customer Support to get a reimburse.
NOTE: The Player Support team are usually busy with the purchase issues that occur in “all” of the King games. Hence, please give them time to get back to you. I have heard that the usual respond time is 3 days, and if they are busy, it would take longer 😕;
** Finally, about your progress in the Tournament - please be assured that it is not intentional! Even the game Studio is not aware why some players are experiencing this issue. They are investigating and trying hard to find a solution! And, please don’t be upset… you are not alone as we have few more players right in this Community who are experiencing this issue. Our Farm In-charge and the Studio team is doing their best to help all the players that are affected with this glitch.
