@Lady_Choo For me it works when I loose all events and quest, but sorry to say it don´t work for everyone. Maybe you behind can do a better step by step description that other can use when they loose-don´t have events. And you can use my picture if you want. But better still is that the studio fix the problem so it don´t happen.

@Lady_Choo You said that you will tell CM when she gets back. I come to think about a thing that you also can tell her so she can talk to the studio about it.
Now I don´t know why it works to do that way. But there is one thing that shows up when you play as a guest. And that is the popup where you have to accept the terms. Maybe just maybe the acceptens are removed from the game when this problem turn up. So maybe if the studio place a link to accept the terms under settings. Maybe just maybe that will be enough to click on that. And it can´t be so hard to create a link under settings.
@encantes No sorry to say that it don´t help all players. Before when I was activ I gave the same tips to players that had the problem. For some it didn´t work.
