Hi Sharon! Did youu see my link above? This all seems like an error on FB's side. They are changing something again, and naturally messing everything up in the process. Hopefully the Mods will have more info for us soon.

I am having the same issue on my windows 10 laptop. No issue on my mobile device though, but I am going to lose my daily bonus feature.

They are working on it, I know that's no consolation for the daily bonus but it is the same for most players on windows. Phone's seem to be some are ok, some are not for some reason.
