I see that you originally had 245 suns, but to claim ALL rewards with suns you needed a total of 250. This will be why you can't collect your reward. Think about which reward you want the most before claiming.

If you want all those rewards you must have the total number of items across all the rewards.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could pass this on to the CM on Monday. I had to take pictures of what I had originally written and manually type the issue in Customer Care which is really time-consuming. I tried to use copy and paste but it was unsuccessful. It might be worth making a brief statement and saying you have screenshots, so that when they reply to you, you can go more in depth. I can certainly pass this over to the community manager, but they ask that you contact player support anyway generally as they can authorise compensation. If its account related or no rewards, its also quicker doing it directly. Let me know if you do or not and if not, I will send this over on Monday as the CMs don't work at the weekend.

@Lady_Choo Thank you for the advice. I followed your instructions but eventually gave up because there was a limit to the number of characters I could type. I would not be able to describe fully what transpired. It used to be the "Ask a Question" forum where problems could be brought up and compensation for missing rewards are authorized and awarded due to bugs, glitches, technical issues, etc. I will not even bother to complete the quests for the Farmer's Market event since there is no remedy.

No you need to do it from within your game if playing on a mobile, click on the 3 lines in the bottom corner from your main screen

then choose customer care.

You could try events, but you would have to select a random one. So I chose technical help and there is a subsection in there called thanks for reaching out.

Alternatively you could choose game progress I think.

If you don't use a mobile device, here is the contact link for them. Only use that if you do not have amobile device though. You will also need your player ID. If you go to profile on your screen like above, and chose profile, then tap the king logo twice at the top, it will show you a long number. Thats your player ID 🤗

Hi @Just_Me-2 I am sorry its not working properly for you. Its a new event and this is why its only released to a set amount of players to begin with.

This time I would strongly advise that you contact player support from within the game, they might be able to compensate you, which we cannot do here, but will also notify the studio too at the same time. This is one of the few times we would suggest going straight there 🤗

Hello!

The above-mentioned event is not working right. I completed all four events: Dolores, Barbara, Chorizo and Dr. Oswald and had a notification "you've collected enough cropsies to complete the order!" and to "visit". I clicked on the "rewards" section for Barbara to claim a tractor and coin. I took a glance at Dr. Oswald and realized I could not claim the rewards because it was showing incomplete. I have screenshots to prove that I finished all four events successfully. I had to use boosters on levels in order to fulfill the order. Not only did I lose my boosters that were used but I could not even claim the rewards to replenish. This is the third time this has happened but I did not take pictures of the previous incidents unfortunately. I had already collected 150 onions and 245 suns but it shows that I need to collect 150 onions and 150 suns again. This is not fair. How can I get compensation, through no fault of mine, for this error? Please advise, explain and fix the issue. Thank you.

When you open the game, if you have seen ChooChoo asking you if you want her to explain about the feature, say “Sure”!

By any chance, you have clicked on "No Thanks", not to worry!! I am going to present it to you on behalf of our Choo Choo🐣🐣

First, she will tell you few things that we already know about the feature, and then something special appears🤩

I was very very happy to see this change in the feature and wanted to share with you all as soon as I could😍 But, got delayed as I am trying to figure out/find out few more things!!

** First and foremost, I wanted to know - what is the maximum number of Gold Bars we can achieve when the event ends in 5 days?

** Secondly, what is this special pop-up that I am seeing when I win my level(s)

It is not just Amelia, I have seen these with "Dolores" - the Duck, and "Barbara" - the Llama too!!
