Can't start on map

Level 1

On level 884, for the past few days on my PC, the game will not let me enter to map. It just sits on "Continue." I have playing this for years on this computer, and it works on my I-phone. Any ideas?

    Hi @cguilliams210 are you playing through the browser on facebook? Have you tried clearing cache and cookies if so?

    Or are you using the windows app?

    Could you let us have a screenshot of what is happening please ๐Ÿ˜Š

    I'm playing through Facebook, where I've always played, as well as the rest of the King games. I will try to clear cookies, although of my other games play perfectly.

    When I hit continue, it does nothing. Thanks!

    Oh I know why!

    I cannot see how many beans you have but its telling you that you cannot carry on without them because you have a companion checked. If you uncheck it, it should move on ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Click where the tick is to remove it

    It won't let you remove it until the next step. It wouldn't appear if I didn't have enough beans anyway. I've found that if I just play and click around the area where it says to continue, I will get in! Thanks

    I am still unable to synchronize Blossom Blast Saga. My progress is intact on my I-phone, but not on my PC, where I have to start at level 1 every time I play.

    Are you logged in the same way on both? Or is one Facebook and one the Kingdom? If your FB and K accounts are both syncronised then the progress should load. ๐Ÿค”

    If you are, I will direct you over to the BBS area for help with that, the mod might have come across it before ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Ah ok, if you wouldn't mind for blossom blast then, just pop over to the link I gave you and speak to @DieOmimi in a new thread and she can help you. Just in case there is an issue or something she is aware of as that's her area ๐Ÿ˜Š

    @Lady_Choo, the player also commented 2 times in Blossom Blast Saga and I gave him the link from the help center on how the synchronization between devices works. However, the player never contacted me again and did not report whether he had taken the steps to synchronization.

    I also play on multiple devices (Android and Windows) and for me the game is synchronized between the devices.ย
