I saved my progress using my King.Com account - was on FB and now I have lost all my booster and I paid for the farm pass and lost all levels there too - what gives? Getting more than a little annoyed!

Ah Got you! I play via the kingdom too so no outages for us.
Can I ask you to log out, then log back in again and see if everything appears?
If it doesn't, you would need to contact player support from within the game. Tell them you have lost items and they can check your account and look into it for you. Hopefully the logging in will give it a kick though.
I am not playing via FB. I saved my progress by signing in my with my
king.Com account and playing without going via FB
Hiya, are you playing via Facebook right now? There is an outage but they are aware and are working on it. You can play on mobile or windows 10, just the connection part right now won't happen. It will be back asap 🤗
