Why my connection is lose

I have same problem too. I change my phone and this new one I canΒ΄t sign in, it shows me like this, no connection, try later again

Have you tried playing a few levels before you try signing in? Have you tried using a different network?
Are you making sure you click on log in (as you already have a new account) and not trying to enter your details where you would if you were starting a new account? Forgive me for asking that but its a common mistake. Click continue with Facebook if using Facebook or log in with email if using the Kingdom.

Ah I am sorry. The best thing now would be to go through to player support. Try to do it from within the game. Go to help, then technical connection issues and you should find a page like this that has contact us at the bottom.

Yes I have try connect with facebook, it's accept me, but the account isn't mine. The picture is vlack and white, not my profile picture. In candy crosg saga works, but this doesn't. I have android.
Yeah something isn't right there. If contact player support as they can look into your account and hopefully see what's going on π€
