Another impossible level. Please fix.

I just wanted to jump in here to make you all aware of the fact that we are taking note of your feedback and sending it to the studio. We will also be reporting the general sentiment due to the difficulty of this level to make sure the team is well aware of your feedback.
All we can do for now is thank you for voicing your concerns and tell you that it's being sent on to the studio.

Erm ... 15 fire-crackers in 14 moves? Oh, and don't forget the 9 flowers, 160 beetroots and 160 stars! You cannot be serious.
Please fix this so that it's actually possible.
King, please get up to speed with your customers. You are replying to levels you already fixed. Look into the ones which people alreay report to you.

I understand the higher you go...the levels should be more difficult ... but they just became impossible. This is the reward for playing this game 2 years already...???than I don't need it..Thank you!
I am tired of this...you barely pass one level and you get to another impossible....I give King few more days to fix this ..and than will deactivate my account....really it's just not fun anymore ..2018 you can forget about it...

Every level recently has been impossible, and have only been achievable as a result of changes by King following complaints. Why are they angering their loyal customers so much and not testing each level before release?

I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
I have been playing candy crush for long time and now it’s starting me from beginning.why?
Wi 4 or 5 touchs tô play? Is necessary o é touchs tô play no 4, 5 a d 6. Level after Level, no mult touchs tô play! Portuguese: Não deveria ter múltiplos toques entre um nível e outro, passou a fase, direto pra próxima! É chato demais ter que fechar várias telas entre um nível e outro. .. Tô quase desinstalando o jogo!
The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
My friends are missing. Team members can send me lives but I cannot send them. Help this is so frustrating .
