carrot challenge

I was recently playing the Save The Carrots challenge. I was on level 4 and stopped playing. I logged out of Farm Heroes and it was in the process of automatically saving the game when the game just shut off. I tried to go back into the game by tapping on the icon on my iphone, but nothing happens. it looks like the game tries to load, but then it doesn't. I essentially cannot get back into the game. I tried turning my phone off and on twice, but still cannot log into Farm Heroes. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

What is the model of mobile that you are using. Check the FAQs and see if your device is compatible.

Ensure that you have plenty of free memory on your device, as this can cause freezing problems,and check the Appstore/Playstore to see if you have the latest version of Farm Heroes installed.
Also make sure, if you play connected to Facebook that you have the latest version of FB installed on your device too.

I am using an Iphone 5S, latest update installed. I even have the latest update for Farm Heroes on the phone. The game does not freeze while I'm playing it, I can't even get to play. When I click the app on the phone to play, it shows that it is loading, but then the screen flashes and it goes back to the home page where the Farm Heroes app is. The game never opens to play. This all started after I played the "carrot challenge." I don't play via facebook. I have my game saved through King.com. I'm wondering if I delete the game on my phone and reinstall it, then log into King I should be okay to start the game where I left off.
