My game on Facebook (level 416) is not synced on game on cell phone

I recently upgraded my cell phone, and reinstalled FHS, but it's started at stage 1! I've connected to Facebook so should be on same level 416 as on Facebook.

    Hi Cindy,

    What level are you on on your Facebook through PC? 

    Make sure you first check for updates for your phone and all your apps, do a restart.

    Connect to your Facebook from within the Farm Heroes Saga app.
