Do you buy shovels before you start the level? I don't use paid for boosters but I do use shovels when needed.
You need to cascade the crops so that they do as many actions as you can within each move and the same with the oysters. Match the cropsies against as many of them as you can each time so it saves moves. Finally, you need the firecrackers but this can be to your advantage as they will remove cropsies for you too.
I have a video demo for you, but don't lose heart, you will do it!
