I'm no longer receiving any boosters when I play special games or levels. What is wrong?

I do no longer get any boosters despite winning the relevant games. I've updated the app and tried a couple of times, but no luck. I get the message that I've won, but the booster count doesn't increase

    Try disconnecting your game from Facebook/Kingdom and then reconnecting again. I've heard this mentioned a few times in some other threads. I would also make sure that you have a good mobile/wi-fi connection :)

    I have tried that and still the booster do not recharge after a win.
