I don't receive any gift rewards for a long time.

I am no longer receiving reward presents since some months. I didn't receive any rewards neither choo choo's challenge nor in special events except beans (indeed those are the only rewards I receive... and time for unlimited life). I arrived at level 1156. May I do something for obtaining rewards?

The problem doesn't regard new features of the game... but that I can't receive rewards when I got it... I pass a Choo Choo level? Rewards = 5000 beans and one more booster of each kind? I receive the beans but no booster!Thanks
