Farm Heroes Not Loading

Starting last night Farm Heroes on both my iPhone and iPad will not load. All other games did work after connecting to Facebook (again). Tried re-booting both iPhone (8) and iPad and that made no difference. Do not want to delete and reload game since I will lose some data. Is there a known problem?

This response deals with the Facebook issues relative to friends. My issue is that the app does not load at all. It starts to load then quits before getting off the splash screen.Hi Don,

Thanks for replying. I know that the issue has had some knock on effects on the game loading in the first place for some reason, but you're not the only one to report this.
Before they do anything though or even escalate as an issue, they will ask you do some troubleshooting. If you're connected to FB or the Kingdom and synced, then you just need to reconnect at the other side and if there are any issues, the moderators can get you back on track. You will lose saved boosters but beans and gold along with progress will be kept.
