I haven't heard back from you. Can you please tell me what the status on this matter is? I haven't played any new level waiting to find out what' going on in my game. I gathered I'm not the only who haven't received the rewards. I also completed week 2.
I responded to your questions above. Where do we go from here? Would appreciate if you can get back to me. As of now I logged off and went back in the beginning and playing there temporarily.

No. I have not. As I mentioned before, I received the notice but not the goodies. I haven't played the current level, just the old ones to participate in this contest. If you look at the levels I played for the contest, they are all easy ones so no boosters are needed. Even if I need to, look at my screenshot below. 😄

This is level 2155. As you can see my boosters are pretty much empty. 😂Where would these goodies that the CM said that were delivered have gone to? It's clearly not in my game.
This has been happening in my game. When the pop-up appeared to supposedly give me some things for example 30min life and other boosters for coming back in the game from a rest period. A daily bonus follows immediately to give that bonus then what ever the pop-up goodies in the notice never get delivered.
One of the CMs confirmed that your game received goodies yesterday at 14:43:36 (UTC). It would be 9:43am in Michigan time.
