Can't get lives.

My Mom and I used to be able to send each other lives, but we haven't received lives from each in a couple of months. WTH. This problem has been going on for years. Why can't King fix even this basic issue. Why do we have a limit on lives anyway? Is this just yet another way to get us to buy gold bars so we can buy extra lives? I used to spend money on this game, but with all the problems with the game right now, there is no way that they will get another penny out of me! By the way, it's the same whether we are using Facebook or King.

Hi Deb,
We're putting a limit on lives so that players will take natural breaks from the game. Lives through FB has been limited as there's now a new token rule setup. If you're playing directly on King.com you will be able to gather more lives faster - however.. I'm a firm believer in taking a natural break from gaming once in a while. Call your mother, or give her a hug if she's next to you. Spend some quality time together and in the meantime the FB token issue might have been resolved and you can challenge her again for best level high-score in Farm Heroes Saga.

Hi Mark, do you really think that only allowing 3 lives to be received per day is a reasonable amount? I notice that there is no limit on how many lives you can buy if you are willing to spend your gold bars on them. I assume that this is yet another way to get us spend money. I have purchased gold bars on numerous occasions for both myself and my Mom. After the Tower game went away, I said no more. King has gone out of its way to make playing these games less and less enjoyable with every week that passes. I have read many questions recently and have noticed that the issues we are complaining about now go back at least 3 years. One would think that some of these issues would have been dealt with by now.

Thanks for caring about how I spend my time. My mom and I binge play - often together, so this really cuts into our enjoyment. As well, when I log out of King, to do my banking so such, I lose any lives that I had saved up for my next session and have to wait for new lives to come in. This is really rude. I am not really impressed with any person or entity telling me how to spend my spare time!

I will pass it over. The trouble is when there are so few players complaining about something not working, it usually tends to be their device which is why we always ask you to troubleshoot first.

Hi Deb, well I do know that Facebook are having the issues with lives and yes that has been going on years. It IS down to Facebook. I always notice that with every "improvement" Facebook make, gamers suffer for it a little more each time. Its not even just a King issue this time either its happening on none king games but its on Facebooks side meaning the game developers cannot do anything which is really frustrating for everyone.
The lives do refresh overtime though. Can I ask you to try the troubleshooting and if that doesn't work I can pass it over to the team to check into the King side

Chicken Slayer, as I said this is going on with King as well. We already did all the trouble shooting and have quit using Facebook. None of this has resolved anything. After a month, one would think that the lives would have "refreshed" by now - if one were the type to think.

Where have the timed daily rewards gone?
I looked forward to getting the timed rewards with boosters on the daily reward as they were very helpful. Why get rid? It’s always the most useful things that disappear instead of the useless ones like dicey acres.
Not receiving lives from my team anymore
