Are you playing on a browser or a mobile device? We seem to have an issue playing the game on the browser at the moment, so firstly I would ask that you clear your cache and cookies. Check the browser for any updates.
Go into Facebook settings, check apps and then FHS and make sure you have given all the permissions and it is active.
Then if it is still having issues and you have a windows 10/11 computer, I would advise that you go to the microsoft store and download the app and play using that. You can log in with Facebook or the Kingdom depending on which you play using.
If it is a mobile device, please tell me what you were doing before the issue started and which device you have. Thank youย ๐๐

i'm playing FH on a laptop with windows 10 on facebook self , no app , i have given all the permissions and it is active. still yhe same , i will download the app
playing on browser? I am sorry we are waiting for an update. The team do not work weekends so we have to wait to find out.
sorry i just posted the same proplem with pictures i play via google browser on facebook, windows 10 hopefully this will get sorted
Everytime I ask for team help it says "Lost connection", obviously it is not me because others are having the same glitch in Farm Heroes. Something has changed!
Mine is just not giving me any bonuses. It isn't saying offline but I'm not getting anything. Saying lost connection and I'm still playing so what does this mean?
I am playing on a desktop. I am not sure which version of Windows. I play through Facebook. Please help no bonuses at all for about 6 days!

We want to apologize for the inconvenience in the game and let you all know that the Studio has been informed and are investigating the issue. Once we have more information we'll make sure to update you here and in the main post of this thread!
We've now been notified from the studio that if you're playing on Windows or Facebook, this problem should now be fixed! We're super thankful for players notifying us so that the studio could take action in improving your game experience.
So make sure that you have an internet connection the next time you open up the game to update it to version 6.33.13 of Farm!
If you experience these problems on any other platform like iOS and Android, please make a separate thread so we can have another look into it!
