I’ve been prompting to claim “harvest rush” rewards for months and every time it loaded it will be “no internet connections”.
Happened so often it started to get into my nerves.

Did you update the game to the last version?
It happens only with Harvest Rush?
Could you please specify your game device and if you play through Facebook , Windows or app mobile?
It's possible to have your game ID?
