cache cleaning is making game not right

when i clean my cache which i do everyday before i log off my computer, i end up with it being like ive never played the game before and no team members to send lives to, but if i dont clean my cache, i have team members i can send lives to here ar 3 screenshots, 1st will be after ive cleaned my cache, 2nd will be of my team members n 3rd will be without cleaning my cache you will see i have team members
why is this cause obviously you need to clean the cache. I play only via facebook

Cleaning cache alone should not do that. I do mine often do. It sounds like you are cleaning cookies too. That would do that.
Make sure you uncheck cleaning cookies as well as it will be turned on by default 😊

ty Lady_cho ill have to try and find out how to do that then cause i clean it via my browser but it also does a deep clean when i use ccleaner of my browser history and cache but will investigate in how to just clean the cache and not cookies

ah I use ccleaner too when I remember, you go into one of the settings (I'm not on my laptop right now to tell you where) but it mentioned cookies in browsers, so uncheck any you see. I'll try to screenshot it tomorrow 🙂

broncswin this is about something else not buying gold via paypal so would have to create a new post about this proplem but if paypal wont accept your password have you tried the forgot password so that you can rest it as occasionally paypal stop using the password you set so you have to change it averagely you should change it every 6months to a year

ty Lady choo hope everything is ok with your family emergency. Sorry for not replying sooner have been in hospital with covid, proplem is ive done what you have shown yet i still have to click on cookies then stop the google ones from being cleaned and to make it worse now it keeps askinng me for a licence key LoL

I noticed my google ones came back and they shouldn't have.
What are your browser settings like? Sometimes they can be auto set to clean cookies when you close the browser? Which browser are you using?
