Missing Beans from FarmHeroes

I am on level 1600. I had a fairly high number of beans. And today I am 215? I know I did not use 30,000 (not sure of the exact number)  in one day. I logged on to both devices (Mobile and desktop) and they both show the same number. Any assistance please? Thank you

    Hi @Jalaine make sure you are logged into your normal log in as well. Beans are not showing properly either unless you are logged in. This is a recent change.

    I have tried on multiple platforms.. so login is correct. All boosters and levels etc. are correct, it is just a large amount of missing beans.

    Hopefully @MarkHawk can look into your account for you. They can see where beans get used or if they haven't, so hopefully he can help :)
