Quests require hard levels, but there aren't any

I keep getting quests that require passing hard levels. My version only has regular levels and super hard levels. The super hard levels don't count for these quests. Is there a fix?

Hi @Rancid as Mark stated before, its not going to be fixed anytime soon as they are busy working on other aspects of the game. It will get sorted but may take a while as the team have to prioritise the issues. I understand its annoying but at least you can still play and access the quests

I'm not sure if its a recent change which can take a while to filter through accounts, or a test. I think Rancid has locked @MarkHawk up or the studio are holding him hostage before they tell him lol. He will appear at some point though I am sure

I am tagging @MarkHawk again, but it’s been Christmas break and the community managers have taken some much needed time off. He will see the tags, but I bet he has quite a few lol. The issue is originally there was only normal and hard levels on mobile. Now for whatever reason all the hard levels have been changed to super hard...but the quest system hasn’t been altered. He will look into it though and if necessary prod the studio

I too have quest for hard levels which I cannot complete; I have looked back from 350 to level 1 and can't find any. Please elevate to higher level support.

Hi everyone, perhaps @MarkHawk our community manager could ask the studio if they are any closer to sorting this? Perhaps it should ask for super hard levels as they removed the hard ones from the app.

When pass super hard level, hard level doesn't.count, please fix it or teach us how to add the count

That's right. For example, I have a quest that requires 2 hard levels. I pass a super hard level and the quest counter still says 0/2.

That's right. For example, I have a quest that requires 2 hard levels. I pass a super hard level and the quest counter still says 0/2.

I am using an iPhone 7+ fully updated.
Game is updated to the latest available.
Are you any closer to a solution??

Hi guys,

I've heard back from the game studio. They are aware of the issue - the hard levels were removed a while back and the plan was to also remove the quests. The issue is on the to-do list and the work-around (although it's not perfect) is to refresh the quests using the little icon to get a new one.

The problem with refresh is it takes maybe 24 hrs until you can refresh again. I sometimes get the hard level quest immediately after refreshing but for a greater number of levels. There are other issues too like the treasure quests that never arrive. Maybe if there’s no fix for the problem they should take the time limit off for the refresh? That’s my suggestion anyway as I could be content dealing with the problem in that way.

Why can I not receive or ask for lives from my team mates. Also how do I make them my friends as there isn't a friends request button
Why has this game become so bad
This game has changed. It's so much harder with less ways to earn lives. I have reached level 5350 I am now deleting the game. I've had enough so thanks for ruining it by making so many negative and unhelpful changes
Support ignored question/issue then closed ticket
I've tried contacting support and they're hopeless. Not addressing the issue or answering my questions. The latest temporary event where you needed to collect logs, disappeared from my game. I got a message that it was 'taking a break', (or something to that effect, which I've never seen in the game before), two days…

Can't access free lives from team
The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
