Lost all boosters and gold afer agree privacy policy

I play at this game since 2018 and i lost my boosters, again, and all my gold.

Today, the game proposed me to agree the New privacy pollicy, after That, i lost all my boosters, idem in farm heroes super saga. Can i get them back ? Ty
