I have plenty of gold bars available and want to use them for extra moves on a level however when I click the option for extra lives I keep getting an error saying unable to authorise purchase. Any ideas?

Hi there, are you still experiencing the issue?
I would recommend restarting the device first, then logging out and then back in again.
If the problem remains it would be great if you could provide us the following.
