Gold Pass Issues

Hello I'm new here. I've experienced an issue after purchasing the Golden pass for 4.99 but my boosters and gold bars were didn't load. I was directed here after I tried to contact support. I went thru all the steps. My connection was good. I logged out logged back in still nothing. Has anyone else experienced this?

Argh support, if you have purchased and not had that, it sounds like you hit the wrong section and got the automatic redirect to here. So unfortunately I am going to have to send you back. But make sure you follow the steps in this thread and welcome to the community!
