Hey farmers! We’ve introduced a new chat for Farm in the Help Center to assist you with your questions. Follow the steps below to get to help from it:

📱 Open Farm on your phone
⚙️ Press Settings
🆘 Go to "Customer Care"
📂 Choose a topic
⬇️ Scroll down and press "Chat with us"
🤖 Start chatting with Kingsley, our helpful chatbot!

That is totally cool! I have to give the studio a lot of credit! They always manage to make really neat updates to the game. Thank you Farm Studio for all the hard work that you put into the game!

😊 Somewhat helpful – Useful but could be better

I tested it on my phone as it was not available on my windows app.

I asked it why I couldn't log in with Facebook. Which is one of the help centre topics I saw when I looked on windows.

It gave me the help and told me that I had maybe selected non social gaming.

Firstly, it was a current issue, is this not available for Kingsley to know? This could be an issue.

Secondly the options for helping players check that are NOT available to all facebook users yet. Its being rolled out. So I don't have any of the options it gives and I don't know if its just avaiable in certain countries right now?

Something else to consider but the first answer would have been wrong.

Cool! When I use my mobile phone and ask questions in Chinese, it can also answer simple questions in Chinese.

😐 Neutral – It’s okay, but not always helpful

I haven't used any help in FHS yet, but I know this feature from other games. Unfortunately, Kingsley was not able to help there. In Blossom Blast Saga I got at least one ticket number, while CCFS only generated an automatic mail with the standard bug fixes. In CCFS there wasn't even a ticket number and the next day I was supposed to rate the game and the automatic reply, which only contained text modules.
Especially if there was a faulty update, Kingsley can't help because she is not informed about it.
