First, if you don't answer, the screen will stay on forever. However I only waited a minute, you may eventually can skip after more than a minute or a day.
Secondly, if you answer the survey, they will send you a lot of ads without your consent. Or maybe somewhere term says that answering question means agreed receiving emails.
The worst part is that the cross button doesn't work.
You have to close the game whether you had the app installed or visited the app store website.
Anyway finally you'll be CANCELED all extra moves rewards.

Scams/traps still exist and I don't know how much money they save on such scams or traps. But Google Opinion is so mean and unreliable.
Cross/Close/Exit doesn't work. Still no response (exit) after half a minute.

I think as far as I can remember, some of these are known.
Can you let me have your player ID please and which device you are using.
I assume you have tried the usual troubleshooting of closing the app and rebooting your device?
Also was this happening before or after you bypassed the x and found ways to get extra rewards as per your other thread?

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with exiting the Ads in the game which is causing you to have to close the game losing the opportunity to keep on playing.
Would you be so kind as to confirm that this happens only with this Google reward Ad? Or have you perhaps encounter the same problem with any other?
As for the frozen screen, as our lovely @Lady_Choo suggested, have you tried troubleshooting steps? If not, please check our Helpcenter and follow the freezing/crashing steps according your device.
