Just out of interest, have you left it for a good five/ten minutes to check it doesn't come back on when it does that? Annoying I know, but some ads on all apps I have played (non king too) seem to do that. So its worth trying at least once. And have you got the game version please. You can find that in the app store.

iPad version17.7.5. I go to an ad and the screen goes black. I lose everything because it doesn’t come back on at the same place.

Pummy isn't here at the moment, but is it on the main game or the side games as she asked?
Is it at a specific point of the game?
Have you closed the game completely (so its not running in the background) checked for iOS and game updates and restarted your ipad?
If that doesn't work, could you let us know which version of the ipad/iOS you have and the app version please.

When I meant "special events", I was talking about the side events with 9 to 18 levels to finish and receive an end reward of 6 to 24 hours of free lives.
123 Grow, Barn Buddies, etc., etc., are also the some of the features that are affiliated with main game levels. But, the side event levels are completely different from the levels on game map. For example, right now, I have "Sky Sparkles" in my game! Recently, we had "Level 7000" event (just another example for side event, as I could not remember other names right now😅)!

I’m playing the original version of Farm Heroes. I’m not sure what you mean about Special Events. I am playing on my IPad…it’s an Apple. I’ve played other games of King and this doesn’t happen. I’ll try to do a screen shot when it happens again. I’ve never done that so I’ll have to look it up. Thanks

My screen goes black every day when I play. It’ll eventually come back on if it sits a few hours but it sure is annoying when you’re winning a game
