When you use a tablet or a phone you check the app store for updates. Its the same with microsoft. King send an update through for the game but its not down to them to provide ways to inform you to update as it is not their app store. The game SHOULD automatically update itself, but it depends on if microsoft checks. If you ever get issues, or even routinely its always a good idea to go and check yourself. The same as you would on your browser or any other device.
Thank you, I have it now, but to repeat - we shouldn't have to ferret around on our PC - please supply a link on the main page to update as needed.

I don't have Windows11 but I read this:
If you have downloaded your apps from Microsoft store, please open it and after in the store left sidebar select "library"
You will find all your game app and on the right side "Get Updates"

Ola, ontem para tentar resolver eu deletei o jogo e baixei novamente no meu celular, funcionou, as recompensas voltaram ao normal!
ENCANTES: I have looked at my profile a few times but there is nothing there to indicate the option to update. Just Privacy and security / Change your password / log out. I've checked each of these three, and checked the options to edit my profile - nothing. Btw, I also hit the Reply button to respond to you, but although it brought up a copy of your comment in the response box, it didn't allow my cursor in the box to type a reply.

Usually on Windows11 the updates are automatically, could you please check in your profile settings if yyour app updates is turned on? π

Please explain HOW TO UPDATE the game (Win 11 for PC). I've looked in all the Google play, Amazon Appstores, etc. and there's no obvious way to update the game from those locations. What am I missing?

How do i update in Windows 11 for PC? The responses to questions about updating all refer to Win 10, but Microsoft Store in Win 11 does not have three dots to click. I can't believe you don't have a simple update button for your own game, especially when so many people are having this problem!

Es gibt kein neues Update. Und ich habe heute den Fehler wieder gehabt. Ich verliere eine Menge Belohnungen. So macht das keinen Spass mehr.
Same here. I still get these glitches despite the upgrades.
I have this reward as well, can't use it and the questions people are asking aren't being answered except to say that it's been fixed!
A pesky glitch! Check for updates and it should be solved now.

So I have posted this before, been a member of King Games 12 years, and during the last year all my events where you win beans or extras have been removed as well as watching ads for extra moves. This really sucks!
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
