I’ve been getting this error for almost 2 weeks now when it comes to get my additional. I am losing out on the extras please help.

Hi there, could you specify where you are seeing this issue? If you're talking about the issue where you can't see the specific reward (it's showing something empty), then this will be fixed in the next version of the game.
It's only a visual glitch however, so you still get the reward - only that you don't see what it is in that screen, so make sure to keep an eye on your inventory and play accordingly
Otherwise if you're referring to another problem, it'd be great to get a few more details along with your Player ID so we can look further into it!
