Hi there, it sounds like a potential bug to me, to make sure nothing is wrong with your game - please follow these steps below:

* Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
* Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
* Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
* Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
* Clear Cache:* 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Farm Heroes Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
* 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

We'd also like to remind you that while I understand that the issue is frustrating, posting in the community you have to follow the House Rules.

Since yesterday I can't use the switch button there's a lock on it and also, after 10 games won I'm supposed to get a free thing that you use to get all of a color and I never get it. It tells me I have it but it's not lit up. This game sucks more and more each day
