After successfully finish a level, game hangs. I cannot do anything, there is no button to press, to exit from the level. This has now happened twice in 2 days.
What is wrong, is there any fix?
I play on Samsung S20.
As it might helps, wait that all the fruits are picked up at the end of the level (that it finishes automatically), don't skip it. So far I didn't have any issues.
same here, I’m on a IPhone 15. Its happened twice and both times after completing a level and when hitting the skip button to move on to next level.
And again
I think the best thing to do is contact player support from within the game as they will get all the tec stuff they need too. Would you mind doing that? If you click on the big and choose support, you can find them that way.

hasn't happened again... YET! I checked and this tablet has 4GB RAM
I have the same issue... after any level, either winning or losing, it takes at least 30 seconds to move on... doesn't sound a lot but it's infuriating, especially when there's limited time for certain boosters etc

@JD401 Lenovo can be a little slow with games. I used to have one but I prefer apple. The trick with them is to make sure you have as much free space as you can, so remove any old images you don't need to save, old apps etc. It needs at least 2GB FREE to run smoothly as the game data and boosters etc is stored within the memory too.
… and when you have all the benefits on disposal. With crash like that you loose them all in an instant.
I didn't have any level crash since then, and I did like 70 levels.
I've had the same issue... twice after winning a level the app froze and I had to restart the app. Sorta stinks especially when it took a while to beat that level! I'm on a Lenovo tablet.
It could be a memory issue if you've had it a couple of years, but its unlikely. Could you check how much free storage you have though just in case. Sometimes even though its not full, if its cluttered it can cause games to slow. Can you close the game completely so its not running in the background. Clear your memory cache including the game cache if that's still possible (not the data!) Restart your phone. Check for android updates and then check for game updates and see if that sorts it out.
Game has been working on my phone flawlessly for a couple of years (since I have it actually). So it can be memory issue. And I didn't do anything different, or changed anything on the phone lately.
do check ur phone memory is more than 2GB space for smooth playing.
