thank you, I will pass it to the team! You could also send a message to player support as well from within your game and then if they don't see it here (as it's Easter weekend) they might see it there quicker. But I'm going to report this now.
this is the level 5053 as you can see two flowers are behind the buckets and when the other two flowers are gone it’s a blank square and nothing can go next to it
They asked if you could add a screenshot, which the team will ask you to provide anyway.
The best thing to do in this case would be to contact support from within the game and report it there I think.

It’s two water buckets and the two flowers behind them u can’t get because the booster will stop at some point and there is empty square next to the flower and nothing can go next to it to open them up
