As mentioned in the title i no longer get to watch advertisements for extra moves after buying gold pack offer that the game provided. Are consumers getting punished for supporting the game?

Please fix this, I have been playing for years and there is no way you can pass these levels now with so dew moves!
This has happened to me too-so unfair, I will have to stop playing as cant progress any further now
I did not buy gold pack and extra moves after ads watching disappeared anyway...
I cannot finish level 6818 for about 2 weeks, it is not posible, no way with 15 moves
Free moves with Ads is very helpful but is given randomly in a selected group of players when is over in your game is moved to another group and is still a test! 🌻🌼

Unfortunately this has been the experience of many players in all King games. Once you buy a booster pack, the ads feature disappears.
I suggest to keep playing without buying anything for a while. The ads may come back after a while.

I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.

The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
My friends are missing. Team members can send me lives but I cannot send them. Help this is so frustrating .
