No new level events for 4 weeks

I haven’t had any of the events with either 9 or 18 levels for 4 weeks. I would like to know if they are available to some people still, if they are no longer available or if there is an issue with them?

Hey there again and thanks for your patience as I looked this up with the game studio.

For this there might be one of these two reasons why you're not seeing the mini-games:

Some players will not have all the events displayed in the game as they get rotated between players, so you might see them at a later point.
Some devices will not have access to certain Farm events to ensure that the game runs in a stable way (and doesn't crash or lag).

In your case, it does seem like the device is somewhat recent, so I doubt this is the case for the game - but I would try to login with another device if possible to see if it is the case.

Also, as always - I'd recommend the steps below to make sure nothing is wrong with the game itself:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Farm Heroes Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Hey there @Clover_7 & @Dada13, just to make sure nothing is wrong - could you let us know what specific device you play on (what type of iPad) as well as what iOS version you're on?

It could be that the devices are older and aren't able to play these events specifically, but we'd love to double check this or if there's anything else to be done!

Hi @CaramelKat ,

Dicey Acres, Wishing Well etc. doesn't load on iPad and dont getting rewards. It was unpleasant suprise not to have Eastern Event mini games, and big disappointment to here that weekly /biweekly events tacking a break. Frenckly specking FHS lost their identity and players not happy with changes as you can read in Facebook group and here.

Rest assured that the extra level events are taking a bit of a break at the moment as our team is focusing on other great features in the game, but I'll be sure to let them know that you look forward to having these in your game again.
