Golden pass benefits not showing

I have just bought a golden pass package for 42 gold bars and a lot of other bonuses but they're not showing in my account

Thanks for your email, which I received today.

I don't understand (and therefore cannot clarify) the differences between "Farm Pass", "Gold/Golden Pass", regular "Farm Pass" ...?

To explain, I'm 70 years old...

I was playing "Farm Heroes Saga" and "lost" a level/game. In order to play on I entered the shop, selected and PAID (R109.99) for a  package which offered 42 Bars (which I needed for moves) plus a lot of extra other bonuses/boosters, which I now cannot remember.

But I think the package was called "Golden Pass"

A similar one in the shop today is called "Bucket 'o lives" also for R109.99 but with 25 bars.

When I went back into the game to continue playing, there was nothing: no gold bars, no moves, no bonuses, no boosters, nothing, nada, zilch, zero!

The same has just happened to me? Amy advice welcomed. I bought the pass to gain additional moves to complete a level, got the extra moves but not the 42 gold bars...
