Hello everyone, why aren't the problems solved and new level released? Waiting makes the game less enjoyable. Until last week there was a side game with 45 levels, but this week there is no room. I krep writing but no one cares. Oh why why why???

@Derya58 This has been a constant frustration for me as well. Once I hit level 20,000 in Candy Crush, I only get 60 levels once a week, on Wednesdays. If I play them all by buying time then come the rest of the week on Friday or Saturday through the following Monday new incentives or games like: eat the cake, catch the butterflies, collect the orange candies, collect as many gold crowns as you can in a certain time frame to get gold bars, Ext. are all null and void to me. I can't play them...and I can't win any prizes. I also lose my winning streak in the Weekly Contest from first place to 3 and below because the last day they offer double the points for wining a level and 4 times the points for getting gold and winning the level. So, I am surpassed by just about everyone because of all the extra points they get for passing the same amount of levels I did or less than I did. I have to buy everything in order to participate because I can't compete in any competitions to win any prizes due to no new levels to play. It's not cool. The game creators need to take the time, put all the levels in the 20,000's out and allow us to play at our pace so we can participate in the extra competitions they put out. It gives the players in lower levels a very unfair advantage.
Another problem I have had, I don't know about you, is glitches. One of the worst glitch I get is that the game erases my progress, so my winning streaks disappears and I start from zero. I just lost my 135 winning streak and somehow it went to 33. I report the glitches over and over and over and the only answers I get back are: make sure your game is up to date, restart your phone, we can't repeat that problem so there is no fix and they dismiss me. The worst "solution" that I will never do again is "uninstall and reinstall the game" and I lost EVERYTHING in including my 795 level winning streak and everything I had bought, accumulated and all the lives that friends had sent me. It was like I was started back at the very beginning only in the 19,000 level. To be fair they did give me some things back but they could not give me everything, which they did not disclose before they had me uninstall and reinstall the game. I am so frustrated, fed up and absolutely losing interest.
I too am frustrated by getting challenges (barnyard animal, dicey acres) but no side game to play to use them! I get 15new levels every Tuesday but that’s it. Very annoying! Ask management to at least put back the side games. I would also like more than 15 games a week but guessing that unlikely.
Hello @LoFiGummy ..The last level is not up to date, I comleted level 7585. what do you mean by main level? I understand it like this, old levels are being released almost 5 times every tuesday, which is very, very inadequate.. Side game are already ready made package games, there is no eork on them, and is this case, eve that would make the game enjoyable since there are no levels.. Really, this year Farm Heroes Saga has been sacrifıced or the staff has changed and theu are not working. The newbies Who started the game when they dee our comments will delete the game, as your friends Said, it has become only appealing yo old people. It's terrible, the staff should be questioned..

As for the event levels (or side game) these have been put on a pause by the studio - instead they are shifting to look to improve the main levels in the game. I hope to share some more news and details on this soon.

Keine events seit letzte Woche , keine Quests die man spielen konnte. Bin bei 7555 und keine neue Levels.

Has anyone any idea how to complete Level 4744. Since we no longer get the 30 minute special bonus I cant complete it. I don't see why I have to buy gold etc to complete a level. Any idea why we are not getting the 30 special bonus anymore as well…Help!!!!
