i realised few times when I exited the game at the end of a level (before going back to the map), it resets my Bonnie’s booster and when I got back in, I have to start that same level all over again. What could be the cause?

I appreciate your question regarding Bonnie's Boosters win streak, I will be happy to explain further.
Let me start by explaining that you may lose your win streak in various ways without recognizing it. One of them is that if you start playing normally and close your game mid-level, you will lose your streak. This may also happen with connection or network issues when playing, (that is when you disconnect from the game and cannot finish the level) so I completely understand it could be worrying when you are experiencing this issue often.
We do our best to make sure that all features are accessible and functioning correctly, however, there are things beyond our technical reach which sometimes cause instances like this one. There are also lots of other great ways to pick up boosters in the game, so keep playing and collecting, and I’m sure you’ll get the help you need to break through those tricky levels.
