Why did you take away the 30 minute usage of power-ups? That doesn't make any sense

Now, the 30 minute of free special item usage is gone and just the standard items that accompanied are the only things you get
There our daily rewards for playing consecutive days in a row, and they come with a couple of items and a 30 minute run of a special item that you can play and use automatically for those 30 minutes

Hi my game account name is Abilene and it's up to date but after the last update i can't enter the game and it alert's update required but it's up to date!! I tried the suggested methods like restarting and clearing cache but to no avail. My device OS is android and it is Samsung A34 Thanks.
Why is the game crashing when I watch an ad to add more time. The game gives you that option but when you do it, it crashes.
