I don't receive lives from my team anymore. My team is active, I get requests for lives and send them, but never anything back anymore, while I used to receive several lives every day. My ID is1164913688, my team is Speknekken

As regards the lives, you will have a little message symbol. That is your inbox.
Any other rewards will be automatically given, or you will claim it from the event icon 😊

To add my experience, I have had barely any lives from anyone, no matter whether its team mates or friends for months. I get requests. But barely any lives, even if I am playing the game for hours.
The only time i get any is if I send out several requests over and over. Then its very few. Just one here or there.
I gave up mentioning it so have just been buying them.
No, it should not turn into a bean unless they are full lives. It might be that it was sent when you were full and its just arrived.

Hi, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with receiving lives from your teammates.
Please keep in mind that if you have full lives and unclaimed inbox messages: lives from team members will be converted to magic beans instead.
Are you perhaps referring that you send requests and this showed answer and despite not having any extra ones not getting added? It would help if you share a screenshot of what you see. Thanks!

The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
My friends are missing. Team members can send me lives but I cannot send them. Help this is so frustrating .
playing farm pass & I bought the golden pass but haven’t received it
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
