Facebook restricted my account, wont let me back in, I made a new account but lost over 6000 levels

I sent you an email 2 days ago and got no response. I want to know if there is any possibility of getting my game back ? Here is my 6000 level badge. I was in the upper 6000 levels when this happened. As I said, I emailed Support, Support acknowledged my email, said they would get back to me but I have gotten got no response.

hi if you don't remember your login details you have to start from the beginning it happened to me too and also when I reached level 6000 and I had to start from the beginning 🥺
