I've tried contacting support and they're hopeless. Not addressing the issue or answering my questions. The latest temporary event where you needed to collect logs, disappeared from my game. I got a message that it was 'taking a break', (or something to that effect, which I've never seen in the game before), two days before the event finished. I was 2nd in the event by a clear margin with the possibility of getting 1st place with play over the days left to do so. However the event never returned and I didn't get any rewards. The response I got from support was that temporary events were only 'temporary' like I was an idiot! Then after I responded back to them explaining AGAIN what the issue was, they just sent a bunch of links!
Pretty sure I was playing with a bot because as soon as I started playing, the person in 1st place started increasing their score. Such a coincidence! Can anyone help me get to someone in support who can comprehend what has happened and award me what I am owed?!
