Farm Heroes Saga - not receiving lives

Hi - I can send lives to others, request them but don't seem to ever receive them anymore. Why is this? Thanks Simone

My recommendation is if you find that you have an inactive team, is to perhaps join a new one - also make sure to have your game up to date to ensure that nothing is wrong with the game itself.
