How do I get the issue on my new device resolved. Tons of rewards are gone.
I just looked and I'm missing the following and any + is for new ones earned trying to accomplish new levels to help update. NOTHING is working.
5 (+2) shovels, 21 (+1) mower's, 15 (+2) +1's, and 6 (+0) dogs.
If I cant get this fixed like my candy crush with friends I'm going to delete ALL KING APPS AND MY ACCOUNTS.
PLEASE fix this so I can continue to play.

If you've installed the game on a new device then please notice that Boosters and messages with lives are stored locally and cannot be transferred. This page will tell more: https://community.king.com/en/farm-heroes-saga/discussion/244860/moving-game-progress-to-a-new-device#latest

You have several options for restoring your boosters. The easiest one is to continue playing from your old mobile device. Once you have used the boosters there you can then move on to your new device.
Another option is to get in contact with support as they will be able to help you with lost items in the game. Just make sure you have set topic and subtopic like this:
