Hi @tattoodgranny warm welcome to our community at Farm Heroes Saga. π
You can use the green magic beans to activate your helpers before a level. Depending on the level type and helper, you'll need between 50 and 90 green beans.
In my example, I would need to use 70 or 90 beans. The game always selects the helper who is likely to be most helpful. You can also change your helper.
You can also use the beans to buy 3 shovels (before playing your next level) if you don't have any left.

Hello First of all, please forgive me if my English is a bit clumsy. Iβm currently facing an issue: Iβm at level 2493 in the game, and now all my boosters are locked, I canβt use any of them.
